Dieloft TPM is an oral antidepressant indicated for the prevention and treatment of symptoms of depression and other psychological disorders. Its active principle is Sertraline which works by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin in the central nervous system.

How to use
Take 1 tablet in the morning or evening. The coated tablets can be administered with or without food.
Depending on the disorder to be treated, the doctor must prescribe the most appropriate dose and form of treatment for the patient.
Side effects
Side effects are generally of low incidence and of low intensity. The most common are: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness and tremor.
With the use of this medication, decreased sexual desire, failure to ejaculate, impotence and, in women, absence of orgasm can also occur.
Contraindications
Dieloft TPM is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Sertraline or other components of its formula.
The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The treatment of elderly patients or those with hepatic or renal impairment should be done with care and under medical supervision.
