This therapy is mainly indicated for people who have some type of emotional block, such as phobias, depressions, low self-esteem, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders. But it can also be used to help control some respiratory, digestive or neurological problems.

Depending on where the exercises or massages are focused, bioenergetic therapy can then help to unlock various types of repressed problems. Some examples are:

  • Pelvis: Body exercises performed with the pelvis are aimed at unlocking problems related to sexuality. Diaphragm: Body exercises with the diaphragm seek greater respiratory control.
