The way and use of Tobramycin consists of:

Mild to moderate infections: apply 1 to 2 likes of Tobramycin every 4 hours to the affected eye. Serious infections: apply 2 drops to the affected eye, hourly, until improvement is noticed. After checking the improvement of symptoms, the tastes should be applied every 4 hours.

The dosage of the medication must be progressively reduced until treatment is stopped.
