An excellent home treatment to improve digestion is to take bay tea, as it has properties that aid digestion and treat digestive problems.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon boiled water, 1 cup boiling water
Method of preparation
Add the bay leaves in the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and sweeten with honey. The tea should be drunk while hot when you notice symptoms of poor digestion, such as heartburn, belching and a bloated stomach after meals.
