Adults and children
- Administer 150 to 200 mg per square meter of body surface as a single dose every 6 to 8 days, or 75 to 100 mg per square meter of body surface per day, for 2 consecutive days every 6 weeks, or 40 mg per meter square of body surface per day, for 5 consecutive days every 6 weeks. The dose should be adjusted according to the number of leukocytes and platelets of the patient.
