This homemade treatment consists of just 2 steps that can be followed daily, with great results on the skin, and consists of:

1st. Eat more zinc

You should eat some food that is rich in zinc every day, such as rice bran, wheat germ, garlic, chicken, pork, lentils, soy, sunflower seed or pumpkin, for example.

The consumption of this type of food helps to reduce acne and skin oiliness, reinforcing its healing, keratolytic and anti-inflammatory action on open and closed comedones by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.

The recommended daily dose of zinc for women is 8 mg and 11 mg for men, with a maximum tolerance limit of 40 mg for both. In the form of zinc in capsules it is also a good option, but in this case the dose can be 15 to 30 mg per day.

2nd. Wear homemade yogurt mask

This homemade mask prepared with white beans and yogurt, helps to regenerate the skin, maintaining its integrity.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of white beans1 jar of natural yogurt 125 g

Method of preparation

Leave the white beans in a container covered with vinegar, until the bean shell loosens. Then blend the white beans with the yogurt in the blender and keep this mixture in a tightly closed container inside the refrigerator.

Apply daily only on the pimples, leaving it to act for five minutes, and then wash the skin. Repeat this procedure daily until your skin is completely clean.
