- Food to relieve headache
A good headache massage consists of pressing lightly with circular movements on some strategic points of the head, such as the temples, the nape and the top of the head.
To start, you must loosen your hair and breathe deeply, slowly, for about 2 minutes, trying to relax a little. Then, you must do the following massage, following the 3 steps:
1. Make circular movements at the temples
You should massage for at least 1 minute the temples that are the lateral region of the forehead, using the palm of your hands or your fingertips in circles.
2. Perform circular movements on the neck
To massage the back of the neck, apply light pressure with your fingertips for at least 2 minutes.
3. Massage the top of the head
The top of the head should be massaged with circular movements that will become increasingly slow for about 3 minutes, using your fingertips. Finally, to finish the massage, pull the hair roots gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
These steps help to release a lot of tension and are a great way to end the headache, naturally without having to resort to taking medications.

To achieve better results, it is recommended that someone else perform this massage, but the self massage is also able to naturally resolve the headache in a few minutes. To complement this treatment, you can remain seated during the massage and place your feet in a bowl of warm water with coarse salt.
Food to relieve headache
To relieve the headache one should eat foods rich in magnesium and drink plenty of water. Hot fennel tea with ginger also helps prevent headaches. In addition, coffee, cheeses, ready-to-eat foods and sausages, for example, should be avoided.
