An excellent home remedy for respiratory problems is apple syrup. To prepare this syrup you need 2 apples, half a liter of water and 3 dessert spoons of sugar.
Apples already washed must be removed from the peel, cut into small pieces and placed in a container with water to be boiled
After being boiled the mixture should be strained with a cloth, squeezing the pulp a lot, so that as much juice as possible is extracted from the apple.
Add sugar, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. The resulting syrup should be stored in a dark container. Three tablespoons a day is enough to reduce breathing problems.
Apple syrup helps the airways and provides relief to the nose, throat and lungs. Despite being a delicious syrup, it should be taken with caution like all natural remedies.
